Online Therapy in Canada

How we support you at Rising Minds Psychotherapy

At Rising Minds Psychotherapy, we support individuals, couples, and families across British Columbia and Ontario seeking therapy for a wide range of concerns — from enhancing everyday wellbeing to navigating complex mental health challenges. We offer both 50-minute sessions and extended sessions.

You do not need a diagnosis to benefit from therapy. Many clients come to us simply wanting greater clarity, resilience, connection, or support during a difficult season of life.

Please be advised that our services are currently limited to clients residing in BC and Ontario, and any province without a governing psychotherapy college.

* Virtual services are not suitable for clients in an emergency crisis or severe instability.
